Garbure and home-made local cuisine in a mountain restaurant with terrace in Sers.
We've come a long way to eat garbure at Paulette's! This mountain restaurant plays the card of the soil and generosity. It is a family cuisine that is served in this mountain village. Here everything is homemade with local products. The lamb is from Barèges-Gavarnie, the confits of duck or chicken and the beans that accompany them are tarbais. In winter you will appreciate the fireplace in the restaurant room and in summer the outside terrace.
