Pyrenean garbure in a restaurant with a terrace offering a view of the Ardiden massif.
The Bergerie is the place to go for a genuine Pyrenean garbure. Rosette brought it to the top, but today it's her daughter Marie-Laure who perpetuates the family recipe. Here, the garbure is prepared with pork shank and served as a soup or as a single course on steaming plates. In summer, you can sit out on the terrace overlooking the Bolou plateau and the Ardiden massif, and in winter by the fireplace in the rustic dining room.
