Near the Madiran vineyards, in this vast renovated house, Anne-Michèle and Nicolas offer in addition to their guest rooms a semi-gastronomic restaurant. The restaurant serves regional cuisine with a special emphasis on home-made foie gras. More original, the chef has made a specialty of fresh pasta. These delicacies are accompanied by a wine of character of which Madiran has the secret. L'Adourable Auberge has all the signs of a good stopover, thanks to its reasonable prices, careful cooking and a truly impeccable welcome.

En pleine campagne un petit hotel calme et bien tenu. Le patron au fournaux avec des produits locaux, délicieux.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. De bons produits régionaux, bien cuisinés. Un très bon accueil. Un seul petit bémol, la décoration manque de modernité, mais ça fait son charme aussi.
