Pizzas and authentic cuisine in an Italian restaurant in Lourdes.

Among the Italian restaurants in Tarbes, La Mamma has everything. We like its pizzas with a dense and well blown crumb, topped with fresh and quality products, the plates of cold cuts served with XL breadsticks, the nice choice of pastas and veal dishes. The menu and the flavors smell of authentic Italy... The owner has made sure that this authenticity is reflected in the wine list, which offers a very nice selection of transalpine wines. Save a little room for the homemade tiramisu. A delight!

Testé 2 fois, résultat 2h d attente pour juste 1 simple pizza et quand le serveur arrive ce n est même pas la bonne ! une honte ! Les pizzas sont très linéaires, comme leur goût d ailleurs vraiment rien d exceptionnel en tout cas vu le prix on s attend à mieux. Serveuses approximatives qui passent 50 fois devant notre table les bras vides sans s apercevoir que nous sommes en souffrance depuis 2h à attendre. Deco sièges cassés, et musique du bar voisin à fond. Bref ! Nous avons préféré mettre fin à ce calvaire nous n avons même pas pris de dessert par peur d attendre jusqu au lendemain..! . RECAP = Mauvaise expérience à 2 reprises, nourriture et service approximatifs, prix élevés et temps d attente horriblement long, pas d erreur en ce qui nous concerne la prochaine fois ce sera.... AILLEURS !!

On avait réserve une table pour deux personnes, l’emplacement était très bon. Le personnel aimable. Le vin aussi était bon. Par contre la qualité des pizzas a beaucoup changé, le garnissage était bon et abondant mais la pâte très élastique, impossible de la couper normalement. Dommage…
