LA BRAISIERE
Why is it complicated when you know both simple and succulent? The answer is in the concept of this new restaurant, which is surprising: don't look for the map, the menu is unique! The salad program with cherry tomatoes, bacon and crusts, followed by a shredded beef with shallot sauce and homemade fries. Make no mistake, the quality is well at the meeting, here the meat is rigorously selected, 100% French, it comes from local farms and it is pure delight. All cooked products are in the same spirit. The restaurant is magnificent, its different levels are a superb architectural game that goes from the intimate and cosy nest to an incredible, elevated room where throne is an iron and glass dome. Open dinner under the stars is magical and do not hesitate to admire the works of the artist in residence who adorn the places. The wine map goes out of the beaten paths and proposes wine from the Camargue sands or a small bridge of the country of oc to be discovered. We love the welcome and the desserts, which are déclinent in many specialties such as the Tatin tatin and its secret ingredient or the crepe to orange.
