Restaurant serving excellent pizzas, burgers and Noir de Bigorre pork chops, right in the heart of Tarbes.

Ideally located in the heart of Tarbes, the Bistrot de l'Europe has just been renovated, with a beautiful sunny terrace. This handsome, characterful establishment now boasts a sober, modern decor that blends different styles of artwork. The basic menu, in true bistro style, is effective, with very good pizzas (some of them original), burgers, a simple lunchtime menu based on fresh produce, and suggestions at weekends. For a sweet touch, try the strawberry and chantilly maxi cabbage or the chocolate and peanut tart.
