Here, only two cakes share the store's shelves. You are in the den of the tourtière and the croustade, an incredible delicate edifice made of leaves that seem to be entangled in a crunchy round. This apple-filled specialty is a sweet treat typical of the Southwest. With a dash of Armagnac in its classic version, Jean-Claude has fun revisiting the tourtière: with almond cream, pears, prunes, raspberries, chocolate or blueberries... A delight to be savored warm. Do not hesitate to order in advance.
