Since 1850, the Cazaux restaurant, formerly a post house in Tournay, has been a living testimony to family culinary traditions. For several decades now, the establishment has been perpetuating authentic cuisine. Historical photos adorn the premises, recalling previous generations. While the decor has evolved, elements such as the wooden fridge remain intact. A particular highlight is the sweetbreads, a recipe handed down from generation to generation. Charmed customers praise the restaurant as one of the best in the region.
