In this charming little hamlet, Laurent, Anthony and Arnaud are preparing and cooking a large variety of traditional and organic breads twice a week. Here, everyone puts their hand on the dough for turn, la, weighing, bouler, shaping it. Before the enfournement in the large wooden oven, the breads are gilded, beautifully, pushed and then aligned, and it is not finished since while one cooked, the other prepares. In addition to a wide variety of classic breads, they expanded the range with special breads, some of which are unique: Meslin bread, half (rye and half wheat), kamut (Egyptian bread with 20 to 40% protein more than wheat, more lipids and amino acids), corn bread (excellent with foie gras), olives bread (in cubes at the aperitif) and brioché bread (grape or orange/orange). Other gourmet delicacies such as cakes, almond croquets, chaparettes (specialty toy), or other croustades are sold directly to baker. Come and visit this artisan bakery during the opening days, it is worth a visit, and you will always be welcomed.

Pour les pains, le constat est conforme à votre description. Pour les viennoiseries et gâteaux, le rendu gustatif et la consistance sont sabotés par la matière grasse utilisée: que l'huile de tournesol! En quantité excessive: c'est indigeste au possible et déplacé pour des produits du terroir.
