Old castle of comfort and well-being with welcoming service and garden
Esperanza Romero and Dominique Merckel have breathed new life into this beautiful address, a former castle fitted out to ensure comfort, calm and well-being. The recipes are tasty, refined and original, with a lot of home-made products, even jams for the hotel part, the products are fresh and local. The service is welcoming and smiling. An excellent address, all the more so as the restaurant has a breathtaking view of the castle, the church, the garden and its small stream. The wine list is irreproachable in Cahors and Alsace.

absolument pas fiable. Ne réservez pas ici. nous avions réservé avec réservation (réservation confirmée et déjà payée) et le matin même ils nous ont écrit un message disant qu'il n'y avait pas de place. situation à la limite de l'absurde.
