A world champion pizza maker offering his creations in a small village in the Lot-et-Garonne region: it's an experience worth trying.
In February 2024, Jean-François Giroldi was crowned World Pizza Champion in Italy. Named in honor of his village in the Lot-et-Garonne region, the "Monteton" with pancetta and prunes earned him victory over 650 competitors. Jean-François uses a wide range of Italian ingredients for his menu, varying his recipes according to supply. The pastry is excellent. The tasting left an impression of authenticity and real satisfaction. As the house motto says: pizza brings people together, pizza is shared, pizza makes people happy.
