LE GINDREAU
Restaurant offering a sublimated cuisine, of an amazing truth, guided by the rhythm of the seasons.
Chef Pascal Barbet, from Figeac, has rediscovered the joy of cooking the products of the Lot, which he says are part of his DNA. As a scout for producers, the chef offers a sublimated cuisine. He excels in making the tastes, flavors and smells of his childhood anchored in his memory sing. He is driven by a passion for goodness and beauty. In season, the black truffle has an important place on the menu. Since 2023, Le Gindreau has offered 4 guest rooms in a mini-apartment style, equipped with a kitchenette and a small living room, with access to the heated pool.

Beau cadre
Très cher pour ce que c’est.
Repas bon sans surprise ni produit d’exception.
Serveur amateur
