He excels in making the tastes, flavors and smells of his childhood anchored in his memory sing. He is driven by a passion for goodness and beauty. In season, the black truffle has an important place on the menu. Since 2023, Le Gindreau has offered 4 guest rooms in a mini-apartment style, equipped with a kitchenette and a small living room, with access to the heated pool.
