1 star hotel-restaurant offering traditional cuisine with excellent value for money

The establishment takes its name from the book written in 1931 by Pierre Benoit during one of his stays in the hotel. You will find the warm atmosphere of a real old-fashioned restaurant so well described by the novelist. The chef Patrick Lagnès makes it a point of honor to serve high quality traditional cuisine. An excellent value for money for one of the jewels of local cuisine awarded a star in the Michelin guide. Traditional, but also inventive and subtle. Warm service as a bonus. A no-fault restaurant!

Excellent service, pas de petits fours mais avec du café le midi, ce qui était décevant malgré le menu à 50 euros. La qualité de la nourriture et les saveurs complexes, simplement livrées, étaient excellentes comme jamais
