Canada is omnipresent in the decor, which is modern and well-crafted. The star dish is served (with a smile from the team) in a bowl. Original shouik shouik cheese, real brown sauce and fresh northern fries... Quite frankly, a treat! The portion is copious, without being too much. This includes a selection of Quebec alcohols (red and white wines, spirits and ice ciders), which can also be consumed on site, as well as savoury and sweet products from the Quebec terroir (teas, herbal teas, spices, maple products, etc.)
The "Beer Bar" offer includes a selection of bottled Quebec craft beers
