Welcome to the shop of the Basque-Béarnais farmers' cooperative. You find yourself in the place where they are matured: pure cow, mixed cow-breasted cow, pure farm sheep, mixed sheep goat.... All are made with raw milk and from Ossau Iraty to Fromage des Pyrénées cheese, the showcase will make you want to taste them all. You will soon see that the store is home to all the local delicacies. Fruit juices, peach syrup, a wide range of artisanal jams, honeys and pollen, chocolates, biscuits including the excellent ones with cheese or chilli for aperitifs, madeleines, crunchy almonds, but also canning: it is a very complete grocery store driven by the need for quality. There are many little memories of the valley, you will surely fall for one of them! From keychains to marmots, bears or Pyrenean patous with a beret, through T-shirts, comforters, slippers, shepherd's horns, you can leave with full pockets! You will also be welcomed with a real generosity by the hosts: we particularly appreciate this address.
