In the spring of 2023, Sébastien Renard, from season 13 of Top Chef 13, will open the doors of his restaurant to allow you to discover his culinary universe in his first restaurant. It is on the Place de la République, in Béthune, in the Hauts-de-France region, in the former stronghold of Marc Meurin, that he has decided to set up shop in order to share with you his cuisine that combines history and sensitivity. With his architect Agathe Zlicaric and a team at work, they have made it a point of honor to bring this Béthunois residence back to life.
