As part of our quality approach, in addition to the PDO specifications, we have established a manufacturing process specific to our farm, which allows us to control the quality of the product throughout the production cycle. In addition, we carry out a systematic microbiological analysis for each batch of powder produced and a mycotoxin and phytosanitary residue analysis once a year on a batch. Thanks to our dynamism and our commitment to quality, our PDO Piment d'Espelette chilli pepper, obtained for the third year a silver medal in the general competition at the 2018 International Agricultural Show, preceded by a silver medal in 2015 and a gold medal in 2012. These awards give us a new impetus towards the future and motivate us to develop our efforts to offer a product of exceptional quality
