Mauvais retour expérience client.
Infrastructures limite insalubres mais accueil agréable, regrettable que la direction n’ait pas pris soin de répondre à nos messages car les prestations sont loin d être en accord avec ce qui est mis en avant sur le site, le tardif n’étant pas en adéquation. Quand on voit l’extérieur de la piscine, cela ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner et les meubles de la cuisine sont détériorés (cf photos).
Faux si vous n'avez pas caché la case flexible vous ne remboursez pas !! Mais ce n'est pas le problème, le problème c'est que vous avez annulée et que vous ne voulez pas annuler l'annulation. Alors que je veux quand même garder mon séjour ?
