LOU GUIT D'ARZACQ
For generations, foie gras and confit have played a major role in Béarn's cuisine. In order to preserve the ancestral heritage of "duck cuisine", Gilles has been sharing his experience of tradition with you for more than 20 years by transforming ducks himself on his farm. The breeder has made the most of the mild climate, which is favourable to corn growing, and his livestock enjoy it. An exemplary traceability going hand in hand with a quality that we advise you to discover... and above all to taste! Canned food is available in the shop and is a guarantee of culinary delights: whole or chopped foie gras, gizzards, liver pâté, fat, confits.... A fresh section also provides you, on reservation, with whole fat ducks and pieces such as duck breast, thighs or sleeves. We love the homemade flavours and the hospitality of this business, which is faithful to the traditions of Béarn.
