This establishment will not leave cheese and wine lovers indifferent with the Caves de la Rhune. Two universes that complement each other wonderfully, the creamery with unpasteurised, raw milk signatures from the surrounding area and further afield and a plethora of essentially organic and biodynamic wines. The establishment "breathes" a passion for wine with an epicurean selection. The perfumes of the shop remind us of the proximity of the cheeses, which are prepared on a platter for the festivities, which can also be tasted on the spot with a board of hams.
