The Poujo domain has been linked to the Lanux family for three generations. In these polyculture lands, the first vintages appeared from 1981 onwards, and it was in the 2000 s that the chai is modernized with new facilities, the purchase of vat, the renovation of the reception room… The domain has 10 hectares of which 8 plantés and 2 pacherenc. The vineyard of the vineyard is located on the south-south exposed slopes of boulbènes sols soils and supplemented with clay-clay soils. A lot of attention is paid to the harvest, made to the maximum of grape ripening, the first stage of the traditional vinification applied here. Breeding will allow wine to be refined. Within two to three months of harvest, the wines are assembled and then raised in oak barrels, 30 to 35% of which are renewed every year.
