La Ferme Uhartia welcomes lovers of foie gras and duck products for which the South-West is famous. Patricia and Cathy open the doors of their traditional farm: whole preserved or semi-cooked foie gras, smoked duck breast, confit, rillettes... They will share with you their know-how and experience in this specialist field. The free-range ducks, fed on the farm's own cereals, are processed according to family know-how, and the recipes are developed without colorants, additives or preservatives.
