In a warm space, this restaurant with terrace presents generous, copious, fresh and homemade dishes.
The menu is full of flavors. Clémence Lotout and Sofiène Noubli welcome you in a warm space with terrace. In the pans, we find their memories of travels in Asia with the teryaki with soy lime or the tataki marinated with a wasabi emulsion. All homemade, fresh and very attentive. A small bowl of hummus will be served to keep you waiting. The seasons punctuate the content of the plates with vegetables from the Potager des Hautes Landes, good artisanal cheese and for dessert a strawberry pavlova with Bulgarian yogurt with rosemary ganache. Generous plates like the copious pieces of entrecote de Salers to be tasted with a good wine. You'll come out of it feeling good!
