Restaurant offering a traditional menu and homemade burgers with good value for money
Located in the Hotel Akwaba, this restaurant is open to everyone! Every lunchtime, we serve a traditional kitchen card but also a few of the county-based burgers or roquefort that bring some amateurs to come… Here, the chef offers completely successful dishes, both at the visual level and in taste: a pan-fried foie gras and onions of onions or crevettes of red onions in the entrance, and then a square of lamb made of herbs or inhospitable to white butter. Some recipes are delicious and daring creations like this melting of snails and bacon, cream to muscadet. The map changes several times in the year and manages to combine flavours of the sea and traditional ingredients in the region. A practical step and good value for money.
