LA P’TITE AUBERGE
Inn on the banks of the Loire River offering traditional recipes that respect the land and the seasons
On the edge of the Loire, in the beautiful Bel Air on the road to Angers you will find the P'tite Inn. Chief Patrick Hervé is a reference in the region. It serves a cuisine in the form of an invitation to explore the flavours of the surroundings. Reading the map drool: gras of foie gras à in its just way half baked brioche, small bar white butter in the country, grenadin lamb with herbs… Traditional recipes, without extravagance but all respectful of the land and alternating seasons. The preparations are cared for, the freshness of the dishes is impeccable, the impeccable service, the portions are generously served. A good and good address.

And at the end of 1h15, our first dishes finally arrive...
Too sweet vegetables, as the dessert (and only 3 available).
In short, avoid!
