L'ATELIER DU BOULANGER - DAVID GABORIEAU
The Baker Workshop is that of David Gaborieau: a nice boutique in current tones: Black and bronze, located in the shopping centre Les Arcades. The young man took the succession of his parents, Confectioners, in 2000 and brought his baker's know-how. Here, the traditional classic wand is called Bernadette and like it, all breads have a name, a small touch of originality: the baguette of the sea, shallots and vinegar vinegar or the little David, to dry fruits… We also find bread in corn, spelt and soon gluten-free. The Pâtisserie, which has been the home of the house for over 30 years, is still proposed in January. It is a brioché bread with cream and sharpened almonds; an alternative to the traditional galette. There is also the Tudy, vanilla cream and strawberries and raspberries, close to the strawberry. Or the Ivory Tower, developed with white chocolate cream, green lemon zests and a creamy fruit of the fruits of passion, ideal summer. And why not taste Des of Love D? From small meringues to roasted hazelnuts and almonds in chocolate, coffee, etc. Unless you cry for the chocolates presented in the pretty transparent jars?
