Restaurant with a nice bar, a comfortable bistro room and a terrace with a view on the Loire.
Near Nantes, on the dyke overlooking the south bank of the Loire, this restaurant with terrace and breathtaking views of the Loire offers elaborate, high-quality cuisine. On the more elaborate menus, we chose Gyoza ravioli in a Thai ginger-lemongrass broth, followed by a back of cod with Parmesan risotto, curry and fresh herb chlorophyll. It's fresh, tasty and the service is impeccable. In the evening, the chef offers a slightly more elaborate menu, featuring specialties from the banks of the Loire, such as pike-perch filet with beurre blanc.
