Restaurant with a nice bar, a comfortable bistro room and a terrace with a view on the Loire.

Near Nantes, on the dyke overlooking the south bank of the Loire, this restaurant with a terrace and an unobstructed view of the Loire River offers elaborate, quality cuisine at a reasonable price, with, for starters, an egg casserole, spinach emulsion and smoked salmon, followed by a roasted salmon aioli and, lastly, a Golden apple confit with Kaçha butter, salted butter caramel, and an apple sorbet. It's fresh, good and the service is impeccable. In the evening, the chef offers a more elaborate menu, with a special emphasis on Loire Valley specialities, such as pike-perch fillet with beurre blanc.

J’adore ce restaurant situé au bord de la Loire ! C’est un peu notre cantine quand on n’a pas le courage de se faire à manger car le restaurant n’est pas loin de chez nous ! Une ambiance élégante et une cuisine raffinée… pour un super rapport qualité / prix ! ????????????
