Cosy restaurant with a resto-expo concept with a wine and tapas bar and a terrace-pergola offering market cuisine
A nice discovery was waiting for us when we passed through the village of Barbechat. Behind the terrace-pergola opens a warm and cosy setting which lends itself perfectly to the concept of a restaurant-exhibition coupled with a wine and tapas bar, which is enlivened by concerts and theme evenings. Boldness, authenticity, a combination of food and wine around a market cuisine which, during our visit, offered a smoked soft-boiled egg, creamy mushroom shortbread with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil, followed by pigeon fillets on focaccia or roasted Saint-Pierre and roasted fig soup with port.
