Mansion on the banks of the Divatte river offering a gourmet and seasonal cuisine

Jérôme and Magalie Ponchelle are at the helm of Villa mon rêve, a beautiful manor house moored on the banks of the Divatte. Jérôme, the multi-award-winning chef, offers regional and gourmet cuisine, inspired by fresh, raw ingredients and worked with the passion that characterizes him. His mouth-watering trout supreme, steamed sea bass, duck tournedos and lamb with olives... Desserts? To die for. Strawberry and rhubarb dome, apricot poached in rosé wine, hibiscus sorbet... Elegant decor, efficient and discreet service. The restaurant is one of the Toqués du goût, a sure bet.

Bel établissement de la région nantaise où l'on apprécie un service efficace et discret, une cuisine raffinée avec des plats du bord de Loire. Nous y avons déjeuné un dimanche midi mais n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse. Dommage car il faisait très beau et, à l'intérieur, deux tables seulement étaient servies ce qui rendait l'ambiance était un peu trop silencieuse.
