More than 20 years now that Alain François has made his passion his profession, succeeding in developing his family and independent company. It is therefore in an authentic setting that is particularly conducive to this activity that Alain raises 800,000 mallard ducks outdoors each year, and produces an exceptional foie gras designed to delight fine gourmets, in France and abroad. Orders are made to measure with a choice of extra canned whole or deveined foie gras, in escalope, 1st choice.... In addition to foie gras, Maison Alain François also offers other products from duck farming, such as duck breasts, fillets and other duck fillets, thighs, sleeves.... It should be noted that Maison François is also at the origin of another brand, La Cancane, offering a range of foie gras and duck meat with a delicious local flavour.
