A little corner of Africa in the middle of Bouguenais? It's at Timebox since the end of 2017! Chef Fernandez Aboua warmly welcomes you in a small but colorful space. This Ivorian seized his chance by making his passion his profession after training at the Fondation des Apprentis d'Auteuil in this same town of Bouguenais, which he is keen to revitalize. And since then, accompanied by Bernard and Jean-Luc, he takes you on a journey through his original creations, which blend colours and flavours with a background of fragrant spices. His inspiration comes from a fusion of African, Asian and European cuisines. He reinterprets classic dishes: lamb mice, egg rolls, tapas, yassa chicken, choukouya, Yopougon mussels, oysters with Champagne sauce and even lobster... With conviviality and sharing, the Chef invites you to a culinary escape and makes you discover, for example, the ring, the fruit of the garlic tree, a spice which replaces both garlic and onion. But the gustatory enthusiasm is especially shared with the appreciations of the customers written on the walls like this one: "Nantes-Abidjan, the best trip you can make in a burger" which sums up the recipe for a cassava semolina and fuchsia pink wheat bun (hibiscus and raspberry juice), slice of mango, slice of curé nantais, marinated beef with sweet soy sauce with truffle and ginger, tagliatelle of zucchini and carrots, tomato sauce base cooked for 5 hours at low temperature without fat, all accompanied by sweet potato fries, to be enjoyed with a bissap juice... Admit that your mouth is watering!

Service long 40 mn pour avoir un plat.
Thon mi cuit,..... trop cuit
Sans saveur pour l accompagnement
Pas de carte de boisson. Donc on a la surprise lors de l addition.
Dommage car l idée est là, mais excessif pour le repas pris.
