LA FORGE
No mistake, this fine grocery store is not an old forge, despite the industrial-artisan style of the place. The story of this building remains a little mysterious. What we know, on the other hand, is that this brand new shop does not go unnoticed in the village of Brains, and it is very well perceived. It must be said that Fanny and Patricia to the joysticks, assisted by their father and husband, spent nearly a year doing the work needed to give a second life to this beautiful, beautiful metal beams. And on the shelves, you find pretty things to drink and eat. Or rather to taste and sip, grocery store but fine! Fifteen beers, mostly from Vendée, Brittany and Montbert; Breton whisky and also other rheus arranged by Gorges; The amber rheups of Barbados, Madagascar and Panama. And a beautiful selection of wines selected by Patricia aided by an oenologist for the occasion. An Italian radius recalls the Mediterranean origins of the family, complemented by a caterer corner where you find ham, candied tomatoes, artichoke hearts… A beautiful place, nice and warm. And it's not just the wrong chimney. Rather a general impression, not to mention Fanny's friendly and unshrouded welcome, which makes all the difference.
