This fitness center invites you to recharge your batteries in water heated to between 30 and 32°. The pool is bathed in music and soft lighting. Activities include sporty ones such as Aqua'Bike, Aqua'Fast and Aqua'Cardio. For the more daring, there's Aqua'Boxing, where you fight an invisible enemy to the sound of music. There are also more gentle but complete sessions such as Aqua'Renfo or Aqua'Zen. The facility also welcomes children from birth.
