A beautiful terrace with a splendid garden offering classic cuisine in Carquefou.
In the oval office of this White House, Jacqueline and Joël Pierre have resumed and transformed the establishment. You take place in a large room on the ground floor and another on the floor that can be privatized. Neither Barack Obama nor his successor to accompany you to the table, but a beautiful skewer of artists from Ventura to Gabin through Hulot, Bourvil or the band in Brassens, Brel or Ferré. Behind the façade is a terrace with a splendid green garden and a volière whose beehive likes to invite itself into the conversations. In the plates, you can find a classic kitchen with a buffet of entries, a grilled snack or a beef pavement, but also typical dishes: eel or frog legs cooked here in Provençal, sandre with white butter, or sausage to muscadet. Products are fresh and a number of preparations are homemade such as foie gras or smoked salmon. Dessert side, taste the White House, a tulip wafer gardened, among other things, Amarna cherries.
