Restaurant with terrace offering fresh, seasonal market products with excellent value for money
Sir, Madam, this is the new restaurant of Jean François (the chef), assisted by his half, Hélène. Located in the Carquefou business park, near the road to Paris, the restaurant has been renovated and welcomes us every lunchtime during the week, in the evening by reservation (group). Mr. Gachet has worked at the Auberge du Vieux Gachet (among others) and he works with market produce, fresh and seasonal produce! Each week the menus change with a choice of 3 starters, 4 to 5 main courses and 3 desserts per day. On that day, on the menu, Barry's velvety texture, toast apple and cauliflower with roasted hazelnuts as a starter, beef tab, or a duck leg cooked at low temperature and its Jerusalem artichokes and nutmeg sauce, or a haddock back and Nantes white butter. And finally, a delicious rice pudding, lost brioche and milk jam. A success, both in the presentation of the dishes and in the flavours, all with creativity and an excellent quality/price ratio. The room with its beautiful spaces can accommodate up to 70 people, ideal also for family celebrations. Relaxed atmosphere, beautiful music, pretty shaded terrace with enclosed garden, top it all off

Depuis ce premier déjeuner chez « Monsieur Madame », je prends plaisir à y retourner régulièrement. La carte est changée quotidiennement et la qualité des plats est un vrai plaisir. Une petite dizaine de visite en à peine trois mois, et je n’ai jamais été déçue ; ni par « l’assiette », ni par l’accueil qui se fait toujours avec un sourire chaleureux.
