In the cultural area of La Fleuriaye, Vanessa and Nicolas welcome you to La Comédie Restaurant. The warm decoration and the comfort bay create an atmosphere conducive to the conviviality of the evening in the theatre, between the red tones of the tablecloths and the small poetic bouquets that adorn the tables. Every evening from October to April, the map offers you two choices of starters, dishes and desserts. Traditional and tasty, the kitchen is prepared by an experienced chef since the owners held a restaurant for several years before opening the doors of the Comedy. Among the specialities, the homemade fat liver and bar net but also many other recipes such as a Crayfish sauce or a beef carpaccio and its basil tomato marinade. You may continue with a salmon in Normandy and a julienne of vegetables or a rabbit thigh with small onions and penne, mustard sauce de De. For dessert, the choice, the inescapable profiteroles and their chocolate sauce or a mango-apricot cut in Tatin. The hotel also offers catering services on the Fleuriaye and Carquefou rooms.
