At Carquefou, 1 minute from the roundabout of the Belle Etoile, there is a somewhat hidden restaurant, in a quiet site with views of a water and greenery. This traditional restaurant is worth a visit because it works with fresh produce and offers space and brightness. There are no fewer than four air-conditioned rooms, one on the upstairs floor allowing both groups (on reservation) and the many accents of the industrial area. If you cross a few gentlemen, everyone is welcome and we are looking ahead to the buffet of hors d 'oeuvre! We have crustaceans (shrimp, bushes, lobster), pâté, Chef Dimitri's rillings, but also beautiful fresh crudeties. The buffet can be enough to itself, yet many gourmets dare to get the complete formula with the dish and dessert for less than 12 €! Every day, the dish is chosen with the proposal of the chef or a beautiful fish on arrival. That day, spaghetti at pesto and his julienne of Vendée ham, or vanilla oil black place on his carrot crushed crushed, were made with a fine presentation on the plate thanks to the talent of Chief Dimitri. The place is also known for its grilling with the sausage of muscadet, mud, steak or grilled ham. The topping consists of vegetables (green beans), salad or fries. With a small supplement, you can taste a beef tartare, carpaccio or aloyau hail. Finally, classic and gourmet desserts with floating island, burnt cream, day pastry and ice cream. Here the good wine is put with a fitter, chinon, grenache or wine from the country of Oc. The service under the watchful eye of Bruno, is smiling, with a nice dress code colored for ladies, including for men, which adds conviviality instead.
