Some of you have seen the hotel at Lizette in Nantes city center on the edge of the Loire. Good news for those who love the bistro spirit: They're back on the Carquefou side. Not far from the road of Paris, you will find a certain… Jacques, supported by his renewed team, at Lizette, we can lunch lunch during the week with late service until 3 p. m. and open on Thursday evening in "afterworks". We have good wine and other terrines from the house chef. During the week, a typical bistro cuisine for the pleasure of gourmet products based on fresh produce. That day, it was possible to order fish rillets and its emulsion to beet, the famous Lizette terrine (hazelnut duck) followed by a piece of beef (for two) to pepper and cognac, the Didier Damien charcudic didier for example. Gourmets will end up with Lizette's cake at the zest of candied lemon and coulis of peaches, chocolate fluffy and the inevitable gourmet coffee. The restaurant is set in a cozy room with a decor of bistro, colored, colorful, and even stuffed with wine bottles, arranged here and there around the beautiful wooden tables. Good mood, animation, and beautiful terrace year-round with views of the beautiful castle, the charm at this bistro.
