In Carquefou, just a stone's throw from the Fleuriaye concert hall, entrepreneur Florence invites us to discover her Halle à manger et à boire. The spacious 700m2 establishment is set in lush greenery. In this bright, leafy space, open inside and out in 2021, six independent gourmet partners welcome us for on-the-spot and takeaway services. Each corner has its own specific space and entity: Watt and its pokes bowls and Buddha bowls, Ze Pizza and its artisanal pizzas, Tonton Burger and its burgers with character, Parvana and its fine Central Asian cuisine, Ezope and its Italian street food.
