CARQUEFOOD FOW
Address offering street food from elsewhere, a Vietnamese sandwich with raw vegetables and chicken meat
Fow is the exotic corner of La Halle à Manger. Oriented in general towards the flavours of the world and more particularly those of Asia, Jérémy makes us rediscover authentic dishes from street food from elsewhere. It is simple and full of flavours. On the menu, the traditional Banh mi, a hearty Vietnamese sandwich made of raw vegetables and chicken meat infused with ginger and lemongrass. Or maybe you'd prefer Tom yum, a delicious Thai soup made with spicy shrimp, mushrooms, lime and coriander. Or the Pad Thai with its fried rice noodles, carrots, peanuts, onions and bean sprouts... The emphasis is on flavours, and it is successful. We live the journey to the end by accompanying this moment with a kombucha Lökki which is a drink originating from China based on naturally sparkling tea with different flavors. Among the homemade desserts, the seasonal crumble or the chocolate fondant will delight you.
