Good value menu and various dishes in a gastronomic restaurant with terrace and beautiful view in front of the castle.

Ideally located in a green setting where the Erdre flows, facing the Château de la Gacherie, this exceptional gourmet restaurant has a terrace on the Erdre, a dining room where the light, the reflection of the Erdre and the surrounding parks form a picture displayed at 180°... The view is breathtakingly beautiful. Inside, the furniture has been chosen in a spirit of comfort and sobriety; everything is harmonious and admirably elegant. As for the dishes served to you by Mr. Lescot, master restaurateur, they are in keeping with the environment. Thus, you will enjoy a line bar made of zucchini cannelloni, small spelt, homemade summer tomato sauce, or scallops in hazelnut butter, carmine endives with Colonnata bacon, or delicious deer hazelnut, grand veneur sauce, pear confit in red wine, or even fried calf sweetbread (VBF), Jerusalem artichoke mousseline, chestnut, juice with old port... And we finish this delicate and tasty meal with kouign amann with black sesame, honey ginger ice cream or "Ôk lemon meringue pie, candied yuzu, sorbet. At lunchtime, test the excellent price-quality ratio of the Au fil de l'eau menu. The quality of service will inspire you. An excellent table to visit urgently where it is recommended to book.

Bon repas avec jolie vue sur l'Erdre mais... attente très longue. Arrivés à 19h40 environ notre repas a été servi à 21h. Cela nous a un peu gâché l'expérience, dommage !

Un lieu vraiment paisible au bord de l'Erdre où manger des plats élaborés et composés de très bons produits.
La vue sur le château depuis la terrasse a vraiment du charme.
Le service est efficace et l'accueil chaleureux. Il y a beaucoup de tables mais il est préférable de réserver.
Le soir plusieurs menus proposés.
Le menu de saison à 39 euros (entrée, plat et dessert) était vraiment parfait. Le menu a 56 euros a également été apprécié notamment le bœuf en croûte.
Le coktail sans alcool du jour top également.
