Welcome to Carquefou, in the roasting shop of Chrystelle, artisanal roaster trained by the best roaster of France 2011. Named "Un Grain, Une Feuille", her shop is located in the main shopping street of the town. You enter through a pretty wooden veranda where you can enjoy a coffee, a tea or a milk drink. Then you discover the shop, a room with exposed stone walls full of charm. At the back, behind a glass wall, the workshop where her imposing roaster is enthroned. Chrystelle roasts her coffee daily. Her local coffee arrives "green" from a dozen countries (Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Peru, Papua, Mexico...). She offers you roasted coffee in the colour of a "monk's robe" in beans or ground on request, more or less fine according to your needs. At the same time, she sells all kinds of coffee makers: piston, syphon, Italian, aeropress, Chemex... Also Jura and Melitta models: espresso machines for coffee beans! Tea and infusion lovers are not forgotten. Black, green, smoked, scented... the choice is vast among a hundred or so proposals. Passionate about her job, Chrystelle runs workshops on how to prepare her coffee and roast it. Every day, she offers to discover a different coffee, tea or infusion of the day. Push the door, come and discover, smell these teas and coffees, travel, learn, share! There is also a nice local sweet shop with jams, biscuits, chocolate and homemade sweets.
