Installed since November 2018 in his shop on the square in front of the church of Carquefou, a stone's throw from the previous one, the master pastry chef and chocolate maker Vincent Guerlais never stops tickling your taste buds! The large bay windows will suit you in a beautiful luminous space where your eyes will be amazed and marvel at the delicious and pretty pastries. Which one will be your preference? Its Daisy Lemon Meringue Tart Revisited, its Hazelnut Dacquoise Delight, its refreshing Mango Sister, its subtle Orange Florida or its brand new Crazy Coffee and Mogador Tart, intensely chocolate? But the craftsman is also and above all known for his top-of-the-range chocolates and macaroons. And which of his famous specialities will you succumb to? Guerlingots, guerlinettes? Or rather to the pretty and tasty macaroons of which Vincent Guerlais created the Amateur Macaroon Contest in 2010 and which since then has continued to grow to the point of acquiring international stature!
