BOULANGERİE ROYER
It is in place of the Fournil de Carquefou that Stéphane Royer installed his bakery at the beginning of June 2020. After a few summer works, here it is brand new and ready to welcome the curious customers who came to discover who is behind the famous P'tit Galy, a small ball of guaranteed pleasure. You may not know it, but here you have the baker from Dinan who in 2014 participated in the M6 programme, "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France", on the surprise registration of his customers who are fans of his breads, pastries and other specialities. This bakery enthusiast fell into trouble at the age of 16 and since then he has never stopped sharing his love of good bread and sweets through his profession as a craftsman on the one hand, but also in his role as a CFA trainer. No doubt that you too will fall swoon before his tempting proposals: sourdough breads, home-made products only, and local and mostly organic raw materials in collaboration with the Perdriau and Bourseau flour mills. Taste the chef's baguette, with roasted sesame seeds, or the carquefolienne, with 4 seeds, squash/tournesol/sesame/pavot, succumb to the temptation of fruit, hazelnut/grape and apricot breads, and for lunch, let yourself be tempted by the delicious quiches or the famous sandwiches accompanied by a divine pastry.
