Amalthée is none other than the goat that fed Zeus as a child and that he placed, as a token of his gratitude, as a constellation in the sky, the famous constellation of Capricorn. It is from this nourishing goat that Sandrine Couturier was inspired to open her pretty cheese dairy, creamery and delicatessen in Carquefou, where you can fill your refrigerator with fresh and carefully selected products. Sandy offers a wide range of farm cheeses made from raw milk. It's up to you to choose the ashen rouelle, Beaufort or Brillat-Savarin and other perfectly matured cheeses ready for tasting. Raclette or fondue trays on order are perfect for friendly and tasty cheese evenings! As for the aperitif boards with cheeses, cold meats or cocktails... perfect too!
