AB PÊCHERİES DE LOİRE
AB are the two initials of Aqua and Biodiversity. Two letters, one philosophy. Gilles and Alain have chosen to make fishing environmentally friendly and sustainable. These two specialists in the regulation of invasive or invasive fish species are interested in the development of sustainable artisanal freshwater fisheries, using, for example, non-lethal traps. This method makes it possible to sustainably exploit abundant species and helps to regulate invasive species. The preparation workshop located in Carquefou, it is there that they process and market a range of freshwater fish, mainly from local resources since they are caught in the Erdre and Loire rivers. AB Pêcheries offers special fish cuts (dowels, mullets, catfish, fried fish, pike-perch, crayfish, pike, eels...), a beautiful range of smoked fish: eel, catfish, salmonids, locally smoked in a traditional way. You can also taste fish soups and other parmentiers. It's ethical, local and very good! From May to July the Paillote des Pêcheries is an ephemeral restaurant, it welcomes us for lunch on the banks of the river Erdre in Port-Jean! We have the fresh grilled fish to enjoy with a nutmeg! Reservation recommended.
