Restaurant located near the famous belvedere du Voyage, offering fresh, homemade products at good value for money
Just a stone's throw from the famous Voyage dans le Vignoble lookout point, next to the church, stands the Belvédère. At the helm are pizza chefs Lydia Drouillard and Alain Fripier. Opening in July 2021, the restaurant will take the pulse of tourism in Château-Thébaud. The menu features fresh, homemade products. With lasagne bolognese, zucchini or salmon. But also wood-fired pizza and seasonal salads. Lydia and her team work with the local market gardener. The Belvédère pizza is made with crème fraîche, onions and mushrooms. For dessert, there's a sublime cœur coulant, panna cotta, tiramisu and ice creams from artisan ice-cream maker Maison Antolin. Good value for money.
