Special buckwheat pancakes and wheat pancakes in a beautiful address in Châteaubriant.
Some doubt that the Loire Atlantic is in Brittany, Le Bilig (Breton name of the patties plate), Breton restaurant in Châteaubriant is there to prove it. The hotel is set above the church of Saint Nicholas in one of the oldest houses in the city dating back to the th century. Stop on special black wheat patties, like Land with la de of organic cow or wheat pancake Battery or face caramel salt butter. But you can also enjoy excellent cuisine based on local products, whose producers are listed on the map. For example, try the Ruffigné rabbit conflict with Erbray's farmer cider, homemade maison salmon salad, salt of Guérande and citrus, or the Saucisse sausage of Erbray lime ovens, pick potato, ancienne mustard sauce. The house of Châteaubriant gourmand also offers a Breton catering service and traditional quality cuisine. A place recognized by the Castelbriantais to recommend.
